Mayne Blanc, rooted in tradition, open to new
At Mayne Blanc, our oldest Merlot vines in Lussac-Saint-Émilion give us the confidence to try what others won’t. The same family estate that earned the title of World’s Best Wine in Frankfurt is where the group tests its next steps, from Zéro, an alcohol-free wine so no one is left out of the toast, to Éclat and the fresh Chardonnay of Le Plaisir. Tradition is our foundation, not our limit, and every new bottle is made with the same care as the classics beside it.

The bottle that went to Frankfurt
In 2023, our Cuvée Spéciale 2018 packed its bags for the Frankfurt International Trophy, took its place among the world’s finest wines and came home with Grand Gold and the title of World’s Best Wine. It’s been the talk of the cellar ever since.

Rooted in Lussac-Saint-Émilion
Our 21 hectares sit on the Lussac plateau, where Merlot thrives on clay and limestone. It’s a quiet corner of Bordeaux with a lot to say.

Meet Ludo
Part winemaker, part mad scientist. Ludo is the reason our classics stay classic and our new ideas actually work. He’s the one tasting, tweaking and occasionally talking to the barrels, all in the name of getting every bottle just right. Classic or experimental, if it’s in your glass, Ludo has fussed over it first.
